Garvia Bailey sits down with Dione Taylor. She started life as a pastor’s daughter in a singing family deeply immersed in 200 years of black spiritual music. By the age of ten, she was the Music Director and organist at The Shiloh Assembly Church (Apostolic) in Regina; after attending Humber College’s acclaimed music program in Toronto, she went on to a stellar career as a solo singer in jazz and blues.
